Fitness and wellness are not only a part of my daily life, but also a passion, where I find balance, inspiration and the drive to grow as a person. This journey is a way to nourish my soul and build confidence from within.
I started my fitness journey during the long days at home due to Covid pandemic, with very simple goals: improve my overall fitness and lose weight. With just a mat and YouTube tutorials from creators like Chloe Ting or Pamela Reif, I spent 30-60 minutes daily exercising. Starting with basic routines, I gradually pushed myself with more intense exercises, targeting specific muscle groups that I wanted to develop.

My 5-year journey with fitness has brought me many interesting discoveries while watching remarkable changes in both my physique and overall well-being. I first thought fitness was simply about going to the gym and building muscles, but gradually realized that it is much more than that. While strength training remains an indispensable part of my routine for developing larger muscle groups, I’ve also found immense joy in exploring other forms of exercise. Practices like Pilates and Aerial Yoga help me improve my mobility, endurance, and strengthen small muscle groups to prevent injury. The most extraordinary discovery has been my love for rock climbing. A more challenging sport that sharpens my focus, builds patience, and pushes me beyond my own limits.

Every small step forward becomes a powerful source of motivation, reminding me of the value of discipline, inner strength, and the importance of self-love.
Yet, a fitness journey is far from picture-perfect. There are days when working out feels like a struggle. But here's the thing: progress doesn't come from perfection. Those seemingly small, imperfect efforts on the bad days build a foundation for long-term growth and make the good days feel even more rewarding.
What matters most is staying consistent, finding joy in caring for your body, and always remembering that health isn’t just about how you look. It’s about how you feel and how you live each moment.
